Thanksgiving has come and gone....

I was happy to have Randy and Troy, here for the holiday. We had Turkey and
Stuffing, and many casserole dishes. My favorite was the Pomgranate Cranberry
relish. And a breakfasst Casserole, I made at the last minute our of corisants
and sausage.

All is over and back to work today.

15 minute Quiche...

2 whipped large eggs
grated parseman cheese
chopped green onions

black peper
sea salt

use tiny muffin pan coat with Pam.

Bake 12 minutes @ 350 degrees

in several minutes....I will be so glad that this day will be over. What
could go wrong...did. Biggest Deal of my life falling in the cracks..holding on
with one thread...answer in 1 week. Gre8t... What did Scarlett O'Haira say"fiddled
dee tommorrow's anothr day" And I quote her. A-men its over !!!!!

August 25th

I think the weather maybe cooling down from this hot summer we have had.
There was a breeze blowing today. Oh how pleasant. This evening I wanted
to sit on the Patio and eat my ice cream bar, but no ! There were dive
bomer bugs everywhere. I want to work on the patio design out there this
September. But, I couldn't get a feel for it, with all the bugs from the
golf course. Looks like my Saturday morning will be cleaning the bugs
off the sofa and chairs.

Indian Summer comes in September, in my opinion. I would like to enjoy eating
brunch out there with the newspaper and coffee. I have almost completed the
project " spare bedroom " I have the Tommy Bahama loOK going on in there. I am
now working on a window treatment. That is a Saturday thing too, this week-end.

Work was so busy...with my private patient...I was ready to put up a salt lick on
the wall where you could just run by and lick and go some lexipro ! Its getting
to be a hard case.

Went to get my hair colored...

aterwards...we went to DT'S Cafe,under the Dunlawton Bridge, on the beachside.
We had grouper sandwiches, french fries, and coleslaw and two hush puppies. It

wreck this week. And the crowning blow...this morning was my salon burned
down ! So, on the look for another stylist !

Candy Factory...Angel and Phelph's. Its was fun to see the way they
make chocolate....

Patriotic Holiday

this year it rained alot over the week-end. So, no Bbq...no fireworks for me.
Just a quite week-end. In years past, I would watch the National Fireworks,from the Capitol. There is a show !!! As a child, I can remember, eating
hot dogs and potata salad, and eating watermelon, we always had a bbq going, no matter, who was around ! And the fireworks were great ! It was always HOT in DC this
time of the year. And I was usually sun burnt, like a lobster color ! with my fair skin xo lizzibeth

Jounal for the day.....

out to lunch with Hubby, Olive Garden, was a boring choice for us, since we
couldn't find a parking place at our favorite place. The heat here is so hot,
who feels like eating. I had Minestrone Soup and bread sticks. We were going
shopping but ended up going home. Just too hot to do to much of anything.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO RANDY .....

I have several projects going on.....

I saw this necklace on DIY, and made it. never have worn it. But, it was a fun project. I made ear rings, black tassles with silver chains. My big project for today was today was to hang a ironing board rack on the wall. After, taking it
back to Bed Bath and Beyond, this morning...and getting another one to fit the
ironing board. its turned into a big project ! Who looks at the feet of the ironing
board..not me ! Mistake, you should look ! Now I have 3 holes in the wall, I learned how to spakle the wall holes ! Now, I have to buy some custom made paint to
paint over the holes. So, you see the necklace project is a big thing for me !

mixed vegetables. Then off to another restaurant...for a celebration chocolate cake and coffee.

Gloomy Rainy Day

in Daytona Beach, today. I got to wear my red wellies.And new trench coat.

Week-end is over

and it went to fast. I had friends over for dinner on Sunday.
I made beer-can-chicken with about 100 spices on it. It was great
with red beans and rice. Sort of fun making this on the grill all
you need is 1/2 can of beer and some hungry friends.

How to have Breakfast in bed...

Simple steps: Buy a good tray, set the tray with dishes, start coffee at 8:30 am Sunday morning.
Make breakfast and carry tray to bed...don't forget the newspaper. /;
